We offer a convenient 30 day return policy on all purchases, and will refund your product purchase (minus the cost of shipping) if you are not happy with your purchase.
Please contact us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to initiate a return. We will provide you with instructions, including the address to send your return to. You will need to provide a tracking number upon return shipment. This is how we track returns, and will help us process your return as quickly as possible.
Please review the following details concerning returns:
- Once it has shipped, an order cannot be cancelled. If you decide to cancel after shipment, our return policy applies.
- Your return must be in the original packaging, and in new, unopened condition.
- Please do not use, assemble or modify a product before returning it or else we cannot refund your purchase.
- If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please send us an email at email@example.com
- If you are wanting to do an exchange on a purchased item, simply contact us to initiate a return, then place a new order online. For manufacturer warranty purposes, all purchased products must be have been invoiced.
- Please do not attempt to return a different product than what you received, or we will not be able to refund your purchase.
- Refunds do not include include original shipping costs (unless otherwise specified by us beforehand).
