Shipping Charges  
Our Shipping charges are a flat $3.99 per order.

(**Our apologies that we had to raise the shipping rate from $2.99...shipping costs have skyrocketed since the pandemic)

Time to Ship
We typically ship out orders within 24 hours of receipt, unless they're placed on the weekend; then orders ship on Monday. If for some reason we are unable to ship your order within 24 hours of your order we will contact you.

Delivery Time 
Delivery times are typically between 8-15 business days.

On very rare occasion an order may be held up by customs for routine inspection, which can sometimes delay delivery. If you haven't received your order within 20 business days, please contact us.

North America (USA, Canada, etc)
Europe (including UK, Ireland, etc)

Our primary distribution center is located in Singapore, where we ship to our worldwide customer base. (No, Singapore is not located in China (we get that question a lot ;-) ))
